Greg Yorkison

Greg Yorkison, Managing Partner

Gregg has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance transactions and operational management that combine to offer clients a diverse set of perspectives, solutions and expertise.

Gregg’s engagements usually coincide with some type of distress or crisis. These include matters both in and out of court. In some cases, he is brought in as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) whereby he assumes the role as the Officer in charge of all business operations, cash management, employment, and reporting. These matters typically occur where there is a dispute amongst ownership or the need for an “agent of change” as required by a secured party. These crisis situations usually have little to no advance notice, yet Gregg has successfully managed through these situations by stabilizing operations, implementing appropriate reporting, advising the Board of Directors, and setting strategy to move the business forward in a positive manner.

In addition to CRO, Gregg has significant experience in valuation, M&A (sell-side and buy-side), Section 363 sales, Assignmenta for the Benefit of Creditors (ABCs), debt placement, refinancings, recapitalizations, capital raising mandates and licensing.

Gregg has worked on transactions in multiple industries, including Retail, Publishing, Consumer Products and Distribution, Media and Marketing, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, and Private Aviation.

Gregg holds a B.A.Sc. in International Finance from University of Southern California.
