Unlike other real estate capital providers who focus primarily on investment grade companies, Convergence works with companies experiencing temporary financial difficulties or rapid growth. As a privately held company, we do not have a set short-term investment horizon. We underwrite each transaction as a long-term partnership and work closely with management to achieve their financial objectives.

Convergence provides maximum real estate liquidity, up to 100% of the real estate value which is far in excess of the availability offered by traditional real estate lenders. In a typical sale-leaseback transaction, the company retains operational control of the business and maximizes its borrowing capacity through reduced balance sheet debt multiples.

Convergence invests primarily in single-tenant properties across industry lines, with a minimum transaction size of $3 million.
