Convergence acts as principal in providing net lease financing to investment and sub-investment grade middle-market companies and private equity firms seeking to realize liquidity and value tied up in corporate real estate.  Unlike other real estate capital providers who focus primarily on investment grade companies, Convergence works with companies experiencing temporary financial difficulties or rapid growth.  As a privately held company, we do not have a set short-term investment horizon.  We underwrite each transaction as a long-term partnership and work closely with management to achieve their financial objectives.
